90% of all malaria cases are in sub-Saharan Africa!!! Is it safe to still pursue a visit here? |

Hi! Yes, it's still safe to travel in countries where there are malaria outbreaks as long as you've got complete immunization. It's better to get your vaccines (in this case, anti-malaria injection) from your home country rather than in Africa since healthcare facilities in Africa are very poor. |

Yes, just pack on some mosquito repellants and get vaccinated first. |

the first two replies are correct. Just be sure you are healthy and first aid kit for those kind of sickness/sickness is a must. Then read some blogs that gives the dos and donts for the disease. Just remember this, every place have their unique or common sickness to share around the globe but often they are visited by tourist. Just know the precautions.:) |
